DEEPENING ACTIVITIES

Year 2009-2010

These are deepening classes, part of the Educational Program developed by the Association as a System. They are meant for both those who have been following the weekly classes for at least 1 year and for students coming from other schools or practicing other martial arts.
The aims of these deepening moments are to develop the technical and energetic aspect of the single themes, to approach the didactic aspects, to develop a deep understanding at experiential level by means of application moments of each practised theme and to fix what learned during the years of practise.

MODULAR STAGES AND THEMATIC DEEPENING CLASSES

These are thematic stages that can be attended by single theme or as part of a wider educational program for those willing to attend all the lessons. These stages are part of the Fundamental teaching of the Educational program System and help therefore upgrade within the Wacima valuation system.

18/10/09 – from 9.30 to 12.45 Neigong power stretching: exercises for the development of the elastic force
20/12/09 – from 9.30 to 12.45 Neigong Zhan Ssu Jin: exercises for the development of the spiral force
31/01/10 – from 9.30 to 12.45 Zhong Ding Jin: exercises for the development of the force of the central axis
18/04/10 - from 9.30 to 12.45 Yang 24 e 108 Forms - from 15.00 - 18.15 Tuishou
16/05/10 - from 9.30 to 12.45 Chen Form - from 15.00 - 18.15 Tuishou

TUINA (Traditional Chinese massage)

These classes are meant to give the theoretical and practical foundations of TuiNa, the Chinese traditional massage. These stages are part of the voluntary teachings of the Educational Program System and are valid to upgrade within the Wacima valuation system.
The course has mainly to be regarded as a complementary practise to martial arts as well as to other kinds of massage and activities on the body movement.
