P.M.C. – acronym for Percorsi nel Movimento Corporeo (i.e. The Way to Body Knowledge) - is the Association founded by Roberto Benetti, Franca Rizzi and Francesca Montanari with the aim to promote and spread Tai Ji Quan and other Internal Disciplines of the Eastern and Western tradition.
P.M.C. Association organizes weekly classes of Tai Ji Quan, Tai Ji sword and Xing Yi Quan in several cities in Veneto region, which are characterised by a precise and rigorous teaching method respecting the Chinese martial tradition and the western cultural and scientific heritage.
It proposes the practise of these disciplines with an scientific approach to body movement, thus enhancing the maturation of a path to internal development and the activation of a process of awareness.
It offers an educational activity of quality with intensive seminars on body work (Nei Gong and Tuina) as well as on the relationship among Science and Internal Martial Arts.
It regularly organises stages with top level Chinese masters, such as Master Guo Ming Xu for Tai Ji Quan Chen Style and Liu He Xin Yi Quan, as well as seminars with European partners.
It is member of the Taijiquan and Qigong Federation for Europe (TCFE).
