OVERTONE CHANTING

Overtone Chanting – also called «Harmonic Singing» or «Angel Singing» – is an ancient technique helping increase the effect of Sound, as the voice is multiplied into two or three contemporaneous notes, acting at different psycho-physical levels.
This phonetic movement of energy is a Mantra without Words and it can therefore be practised in any language or religion.
The harmonic vocalization functions as an interior massage: it loosens psycho-physical blocks, synchronises the cerebral emispheres (by coordinating the rational with the intuitive activity), provokes a state of deep relaxation, of self centering and of energetic regeneration.
The use of the Sound of the Voice is efficacious for the health, for relaxation and for well-being in general.
It is good first of all for the person self, but also for therapists and teachers, actors, singers and for all those who speak to a public.
